✨ DIEN HONG TALKSHOW – CAREER ORIENTATION IN NURSING FOR MEDICAL AND PHARMACY STUDENTS ✨

On the morning of December 5, 2025, the Institute of Medicine and Pharmacy at Thanh Do University, in partnership with the Dien Hong Elderly Care Center, hosted the talkshow “Choosing A Heart - Driven Path In Elderly Care”. The event offered Nursing and Pharmacy students a realistic and compassionate view of the caregiving profession.
The talkshow, organized jointly by the Institute of Medicine and Pharmacy and Dien Hong Hanoi Joint Stock Company, broadened students’ understanding of eldercare, highlighting it as a humane, sustainable discipline with extensive room for professional growth.

During the session, students were introduced to the “Nursing Incubation Model,” which provides a range of practical benefits:
✔ Paid internship: 2,500,000 - 5,000,000 VND/month
✔ Daily meal support: two meals per day
✔ Dormitory accommodation
✔ Dien Hong Scholarship Fund valued at 5,000,000 VND starting in 2025
✔ A clear career pathway: intern → full-time staff → head nurse → system-level management

In their remarks, representatives from Dien Hong outlined the development trajectory of their eldercare system and reaffirmed the goal of fostering a safe, warm, and respectful environment for older adults. Genuine stories from daily practice helped students recognize that every care protocol is grounded in patience, sensitivity, and an attentive heart.
The program not only delivered internship and recruitment information but also encouraged students to cultivate a lasting commitment to the nursing profession right from their university years.
